	Topics Covered and what you will learn: * Familiarisation, Basic use and Care of Hand Tools and Timber, * Tool identification, * Sharpening techniques (general), * Setting and Fine Tuning Tools, * Comfortable usage, * Timber properties, * Basic finishing & preparation, * Shop and Personal safety, * Project planning, * Product sourcing. During the classes you will... Sharpen and use Chisels, Sharpen,Tune and use* Hand Planes,* Mark out and measure projects, Cut timber to size, Maintain and use hand tools, Execute basic Joinery work, Read grain and have a understand the structure and properties of timber. Much will be archived without you noticing, as you will be focused on the making of a beautiful Box that will proudly grace your home or office for many years to come. FAQ The first project all students will complete a basic Box to familiarise themselves with tool usage basic woodworking techniques and hardware fitting.
